I have personal experience trying this, and honestly unless you reside here or come here regularly this is a waste of time for a visitor.
Japanese is absolutely required for this.
The girls will try to emotionally manipulate you, and scam you be careful.
Be 100% upfront with what you want, this is negotiation, you are the one in control, you hold all the cards.
Don't be honey trapped: This is the term for extortion, never give your real name, never reveal too much about yourself.
Terms:
