Sendai

By sus tyme The City of trees founded and partially designed by Date Masumune, it is know for its large Tanobata Festival, Beef Tongue dishes and shopping. Set back a far distance from the cost escaped most of the destruction of the great tohoku tripple disaster earthquake, 3/11.

But sadly many walk up shops are closed to visitors, no matter your Japanese level. But there are many outcall or delivery shops open to foreigners. There are a lot of foreigners in Sendai as it is the biggest town in Tohoku, so some shops are a bit more weary as they get a lot of visitors knocking on their doors.

I have visited every soapland in Sendai and none of them accept foreigners. There are some reports of Love Collection some times permitting foreigners. I have visited the two big pink salons in Sendai, Prado and Tenka Unified both don't permit foreigners. But I have heard one report of Mevis a newer PS once letting in a very drunk foreigners.

Notable Areas:

Kokobuncho - The main night life district of Sendai, many bars, hostess clubs, and some fun shops exists. I would generally avoid this area as a visitor. Many touts even with a area wide ban in place, lol.
Tachimachi - The main love hotel area of town and where you should go to find the many love hotels available.

Notable Love Hotels

Prius 5: a inexpensive love hotel but good for the money.
Hotel Blast: A higher class big place I've never been.
Liz Court: A higher price place, more actual hotel like.
Hotel Little Bali: Smaller very convenient hotel closer to Kokobuncho.

Sus Recommendations:

Depending on your hotel, it is likely they don't want "visitors" or delivery health dropping by especially if is a business hotel (APA, etc.) so please use a Love Hotel. Love Hotels can run 6,000 yen to a few thousand over 10,000.

Shops I Like and I have personally used:
- Sankyu (39 group) [Yoasobi Link]: If you are fluent in Japanese they'll take away the gaijin tax. But the girls tend to be very solid 4-5's in the looks departments. I can guarantee you the girls will offer extras. they do the most photoshoping of any shop I know of and it's kinda know the girls here are usually rejects of the other shops.
- "Big Tits" or Dancing Oppai: there are a lot of these chubby girl shops, and it's not always my thing. But they too are known to not give you the gaijin price if you are fluent. (Rukka is my current favorite)
- Akihabara Cosplay Gakuen: The girls tend to be on the younger side, and also very genki or energetic. They have shops in a lot of big towns. I've used them once and very impressed.
Places I'd avoid:
- VIP : This is the only fashion health or image club, meaning incall in tohoku. The Girl was fine but the shop is very small and franky dirty. I would not recommend going.
