Generally speaking booking a reservation (予約 yoyaku), as far in advance as you can is preferred by shops and girls. You can book via a website or the phone. If you are not fluent in Japanese please reserve using the foreigner friendly sites like [CanReserve] and [YoasobiHeaven]. If shops ask if you are a foreigner please inform them. Do not try to pass yourself off as Japanese.

Before you Reserve:

  • Okay so before you even make a reservation you're going to want to have a few things prepared:
    • A Time: I know this sound stupid but consider a lot of factors in this if you have not been to Japan it may take you much longer to get to the meeting point or love hotel than you think. Consider Travel Time.
    • A Place: if they are not coming to your hotel, either they will suggest a love hotel or have one in mind.
    • A Length: I usually book out an hour, soaplands perhaps closer to 90 or more minutes
    • A Girl: You will likely want to nominate a girl for your time. But sometimes she will not be available, either have a backup or see what the shop has on backup as well. Shops will often have fillin girls on standby, sometimes they're great other times they're a greenhorn.
    • Money: Please have enough cash on hand to pay, sometimes they take card but they generally prefer cash. Bring extra, incase...you need extra, for extra.
  • They will also want to know a few other things in my experience:
    • Where you are from: they don't need your street address they just want a country.
    • You Name, does not have to be your real name.
    • The Room Number: if you are using your own place or a love hotel they will want to room number to send the girl too usually after the initial booking.

Various Reservations System:

  • Call CityHeaven: You can book a reservation online, but they will call you to confirm/finalize.
  • SMS caskan.jp - example this one does not call you by default, and instead uses text messages, you might get by with a Japanese sounding name, frequently used by esthe systemscrisp
  • Chat Bot bodyspa2008 this uses a bot with some translation services, not an exact middleman, responses are slow but the price might not go too far up various online or inquiry forms - these are usually via email or LINE only, and they will not call.
  • LINE: If you are fluent in Japanese you can usually book via line app usually without a call whatsoever. please only attempt this if your Japanese is good. They will usually expect you are fluent. I've usually found the shop's line via [asobo https://asobo.com/] or via X/Twitter. Sometimes the shop has their own account or more often they are using a middle man. sometimes they don't want to book directly preferring you either call the shop or book via a site like cityheaven.
  • Middle Man: yoasobiheaven for most of you we really suggest booking thought YoasobiHeaven or CanReserve. They are both middle man services that do take a cut honestly without knowing Japanese this should be your route. Yes you will pay more. Generally all booking is done via chat, either wechat, Line, or their own chat.
