Japan is not a Starter Country
So... Japan is not a starter country for this hobby. It's also not a place to simply book a trip do just this and then fly home. As such, I don't answer this question directly, but simply advise this, book a normal vacation in Japan to see things you want to see for when you want to see. Depending on where you go (Japan is not a super small country), your options will be very different. Each city often has their own different styles.
When asking for advice on these things it helps if you're specific. Just asking for hot chicks is like asking where to find fish in the sea. It's not a useful question as the location will vary based on where you go for your trip, potentially what ethnicity you are, and your budget. If you're new to traveling for this hobby, Thailand, Vietnam, or pretty much most other countries in Asia will be easier. Japan famously has a low rate of speaking English, and while that isn't a blocker, for people new or inexperienced in how this works in Asia at least some, it often results in a less than stellar experience. It's much more common to find English speakers in other parts of Asia in this hobby. Cost of travel in Japan is also on par with the US, and this applies to other things too.
Anyways, if you're serious on this, book a normal vacation, plan a day or so in for something like this as an experience and then ping me via DM a month or so before your trip. Depending on where you go, walkups may or may not be acceptable, with many of the best places requiring an appointment in advance. They won't take appointments from foreigners though more than 2 weeks out as foreigners (meaning specifically people that are not residents of Japan) have a high cancelation rate.
As such it doesn't merit trying to plan for this 100% prior to arrival, like there's really no point. There's other discords focused on Thailand travel for this stuff, and I'm going to quote one of them as this is a super common question or item where people want perfect knowledge prior to booking the trip.
"Planning in great detail is counterproductive to actually having fun on holiday. Every single person we have spoken to who has devoted months to research before visiting <city> for the first time has agreed that all plans were useless and "knowing" everything meant they had to unlearn a lot."
