Too Long; Didn't Read (TL;DR)
Appearance
I know you may have read or heard a lot already about Japan. So please keep reading even if you have heard most of this before. There are a lot of unspoken rules in Japan, and you can offend or cross boundaries even being considerate. Please, please please remember you are a guest here, your time here may be short but for many of us we live with many of side affects less than respectful visitors.
- Tokyo/Osaka/Sapporo: outside of these cites, there are few options, mostly outcall.
- Japanese: Unless you are good to very fluent to Japanese do not try to visit a shop that is not already know for permitting foreigners. I don't care if you just started duolingo on the plane, or you took Japanese in college.
- Gaigin Tax: Many foreigner friendly shops have a dual pricing system. You will be paying more than the Japanese do. There are many reasons for this, but be happy that this is even an option.
- Touts: Usually in bar/entertainment areas there are men and women standing in the street promoting usually bars. Avoid at all costs, they will go out of their way to catch your eye. Many foreigners have woken up in the street with their credit cards maxed out with no memory of the night before. Do not engage whatsoever, keep walking.
- Shady Chinese Massage Touts: These have popped up in recent years. Usually an Chinese woman with good English. Do not engage.
- Legality of Sex Work:
- FS in exchange for money is illegal, everything else though is lawful. Never ask for FS from the girls. The girls allegedly usually offer it. If you want to avoid the temptation, do not bring 20,000-50,000 or more to your appointment.
- Shops:
- Soaplands: Higest tier of shop available, nuru "massage". Also the usually most expensive to visit. and *everything* is included.
- Fashion Health (Incall): one of the most convenient options, shops can have showers and rooms onsite. Not too many around anymore.
- Delivery Health (Outcall): This is by far what most shops are due to not needing a physical location. Girl comes to your hotel, usually a love hotel. this is what makes up most of what is listed on the sites.
- Pink Salon: A BJ bar, harder to find and few open to visitors.
- Este (Outcall): A massage with and HJ, a BJ is usually an optional addon. Extras may be also available.
- Men's Este: Usually a massage with a conversation, half hostess club, half blue balls massage. Avoid.
- Thai Massage Shops: most of the staff are from Thailand, shops very in quality but HJ can usually be had.
Ugh, but Sus too many words! I'm too horny to think!
