Apps

Prior to visiting Japan please install the following applications:

Mongering:

1. Line App - This preferred chat application. Everyone uses it and that includes all shops, providers, grandpas, grandmas.
2. DeepL - One of the best translation apps, uses AI to aid with translations.
3. X (formally Twitter) - X is how you find providers often outside of websites (Japanese Required).
4. Payke - scan the UPC of most anything in a drug store and it will tell you what it is and for OTC medications ingredients and dosage.

General/Travel:

1. Google Maps - Google Maps is good for public transit, trains, buses, ferries, etc.
2. JapanTravel - Trains Schedules and a touch better than google maps for buses. Emergentcy Alerts too.
3. NERV - Primary earthquake and natural disaster app. tied into the earthquake warning system you will get a 30 second warning before an earthquake.
4. Microsoft Translate - good for speech translatins
5. Google Translate on Android - if you have a android phone google reserves the better version of their app for android. Generally faster on android

JAV Meetups:

• Studio Apps or is a service that offers meetups with current popular JAV / social media / influencers / idols.

There are two types of meetups, dating tests, which let you go outside the studio location for a defined period of time, and regular photo shoot meetups. Photo shoot meetups are basically held in apartment (1BR) that is rented for the purpose.

Each starlet / model / actress will get to choose what service that they are offering and for what price. You pay in advance and provide identity first.

For the photo shoots on / in location, the actress generally offers a full nude option for photos to start and then potentially what you do on set is negotiable; this is very much YMMV. FS has not yet been on the table for when I've visited but more or less everything else was ok. I have not done a dating test outside of location though, simply no interest in any of the women offered at this time.

Now, it does give you an opportunity to chat with people directly in the JAV industry, and after a visit you can then request actresses from the operator and they will handle the heavy lifting of seeing if said actresses will do a meet and greet.

They do have an email newsletter that you can sign up for, which will give you password to access private events and make reservations in advance.

They are foreigner friendly as long as you aren't a complete idiot. Be polite, don't ask stupid questions and they will help you out even if your Japanese is bad.

Would I repeat? I've done it 2x and I'll try a dating test, but unless there is someone specific I need to see I'll probably pass.
