Please be aware often you may need to use a VPN to access these sites outside of Japan, Cityheaven blocks any ip outside of Japan. Other times some of these don't support https, so you may get a warning from your browser.
Review/ shop mega or aggregation sites that are big in Japan for this:
- fuzoku.sod.co.jp this one covers all of Japan and most things, they have a newsletter and from said newsletter a private discord server you can join for information. If they have a focus area, it is Nagoya area.
- fujoho.jp this one is more big city focused and mostly in Kansai area.
- www.26style.net only reviews but does have links to popular shops
- www.cityheaven.net covers all of Japan, to find individual girls that take foreigners, look for " 外人"O" " as part of their profile

Mobile sites:
- www.fucolle.com covers all the country, but is best viewed on a mobile phone (this messes with auto translators in some cases). this one shows what types of payment shops take, so you can find one that takes credit card if you absolutely want to pay that way.
Meet AV star sites:

- apps-event.com this one has you pay a decent amount to go on a date with select AV actresses, from what I understand it is a SFW date for the first time and then you get their contact information for follow-up
